For tax purposes, if the product is returned without its receipt or purchase invoice, we will not process any request for order cancellation or item replacement, and no refund will be issued.
You must tell us which carrier you used to send the return and provide the corresponding tracking code.

Returns sent by untraceable shipping will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to close any ongoing procedure without notice, resulting in the cancellation of the refund or replacement.
If you send an item without a tracking code and without delivery signature on our part, you are responsible if it is lost/stolen or cannot be delivered to our address.
Upon receiving your return, our experts will inspect and evaluate the condition of the product to verify its integrity.

If the product has been altered or even partially damaged, without its original tags and without the purchase receipt or invoice, we will cancel any ongoing replacement or refund request.
