Purchases: If a buyer repeatedly makes purchases without confirming payment or sending a cancellation request, an unpaid-item dispute will automatically be opened after 3 days of non-payment. We value transparency and customer satisfaction, and we want the total amount to be clear before you make your purchase.

Origin of spare parts: Our spare parts come from surplus warehouse stock, clearance sales, or businesses that have ceased trading.

Packaging may therefore occasionally have cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the part. We do our best to identify any defects in the parts we handle and to offer only quality items, to the best of our ability and in good faith, with accurate descriptions and images.

CHECK THAT THE SPARE PART IS COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE’S CHASSIS NUMBER (VIN). IF IN DOUBT, CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS; WE WILL RESPOND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
