Warranty returns must be sent to our remanufacturing facility in Latvia. Upon receipt, we will carefully inspect the exterior and internal components and carry out any necessary testing procedures. Through this inspection and diagnostic process, we will determine the cause of the failure and provide appropriate solutions. If you choose to return the part to our warehouse in the United Kingdom, please note that it will take approximately 3 weeks to inspect the turbo once it has been transferred to our Latvian facility. Please note that we do not have mechanics in the United Kingdom to perform testing or diagnostics on the parts.

Resolution: After verifying the warranty claim, the company will repair or replace the product as agreed if the claim is confirmed under the warranty terms. If the claim is rejected, we will offer a replacement unit or repair of the part.
